Teen Advisory Board

Help us make the library a better place for teens!  Join our Teen Advisory Board (TAB) and offer your expertise on programs and resources at the library for teens in our community.

TAB meets once per month to discuss teen program ideas, library resources, and TAB-run events such as the Halloween Carnival.  Teen volunteers earn community service hours by attending TAB meetings.

TAB volunteers are also recruited to help with various projects such as the Friends of Moffat Library book sales, decorating areas of the library, children’s events, writing book reviews for the teen webpage and other activities throughout the school year.  Teens wishing to volunteer during the summer may also apply to be a Summer Reading Teen Volunteer (open to grades 8-12).

TAB meetings are held once a month.  Please register on the library Events Calendar

This volunteer program is open to teens Grades 7-12.  Teens must fill out a TAB application to take part in the program.  Download the application or stop by the library today to pick one up!
