Getting a Moffat Library card is easy! Just stop by or give us a call any time we are open or fill out our online library card application here!
Who Is Eligible To Get A Moffat Card?
Everyone who lives in the Washingtonville Central School District (WCSD) can get a Moffat Library card.
Acceptable forms of proof of address include (but are not limited to):
- Driver’s license
- Utility bill
- Rental agreement
- Passport
Individuals who work for the Washingtonville Central School District (WCSD) or a business located within the WCSD are also eligible for a Moffat Library card regardless of where they live.
Individuals that currently possess a library card from any of the 47 libraries in the Ramapo Catskill Library System may use their card at Moffat Library.
