Take & Make – Paper Chain Rainbows
Date(s) - Tuesday, March 15 - Thursday, March 31
Available Tuesday, March 15 to Thursday, March 31 – while supplies last
Chase away the rain clouds with this zen paper chain project! Use up any leftover gift wrap tubes or other cardboard cylinders to hang a beautiful cascade of paper chains patterned after a rainbow. Then, hang up and admire your handiwork using some twine and a wall fixture! Grab a kit with construction paper, a length of twine, and pattern instructions at the drive-through or circulation desk. You’ll need to use your own cardboard tube – a leftover paper towel tube works fine, but longer tubes are better for the full pattern. This craft is suitable for all ages, but requires an adult if you want to attach your rainbow to a wall.
