Great Beginnings Book Club
Date(s) - Tuesday, September 22
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
The Great Beginnings Book Club normally meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.
While our meeting room is closed, however, we will temporarily be increasing the frequency of meetings to every alternate Tuesday at 7:30 pm. This is to offer people an additional opportunity to enjoy the book club and socialize, as well as an excuse to read some lighter and shorter stories during the pandemic. Don’t worry if two weeks is too short a time to finish the book; we would be thrilled to see you at whatever meetings work for your schedule.
Moderated by John Donaldson.
New members are always welcome!
Our September 22th meeting features Ireland by Frank Delaney.
You can view the book’s description and catalog record at the links below. Our physical circulation service has resumed, but you might find it difficult to get hold of a physical copy in time to read it for our meeting. Between September 8th and September 22th, all Moffat cardholders can borrow a digital copy of Ireland without any waiting or hold period. Please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are having difficulty getting a copy.
