MOTHER GOOSE TIME
For Babies ( 6 – 17 mos.) & Their Caregivers Thursdays @ 10:30 AM 4 Weeks Beginning February 9th
An interactive nursery rhyme program with board books, music & movement that promotes early literacy. Since we want this to be a special time for just you and your baby, we ask that you make other arrangements for older siblings.
TODDLETIME - For Ages 18-35 mos. w/ an Adult
Mondays OR Tuesdays at 10:30 AM 6 Weeks Beginning February 6th or 7th

BOOK CLUBS
TALK IT UP! – A Weekly Book Club for Grades 1 & 2
Thursdays @ 4:00 PM
Children join Mrs. Baxter for a discussion of the story and illustrations and a theme-related craft or activity. Our youngest readers will increase their vocabulary, learn to appreciate picture book art and, most of all, share a love of books with family and friends. Copies of the first book will be available beginning Monday, January 9th.
CHAT & CHEW – A Monthly Book Club for Grades 3-4

Children read the book at home and come together for a lively discussion to share their thoughts and a healthy snack. Talking with your mouth full is allowed! On Monday, February 13th at 4:00 PM we will discuss Jeremy Thatcher, Dragon Hatcher by Bruce Coville. To register, call 496-5483 ext. 328 (Mrs. Baxter). PAGE TURNERS – A Monthly Book Club for Grades 5-6
Mondays at 4:00 PM
Young readers hone their listening, speaking, and critical thinking skills as they react to the books they read as well as the ideas of others. The discussion may include games, contests, reader’s theatre & other fun activities. On Monday, February 27th at 4:00 PM we will discuss Schooled by Gordon Korman.
